Then, transfer those folders to their corresponding file location on your side. Thank you for listening to my little adventure.ġst solution I did was copy a friend’s copy of Synapse’s folders: mainly in Program Files (x86), go to Razer > copy Razer Services & Synapse3 folders (their version is before the latest update). For some reason, my Razer Synapse is up-to-date and IT IS WORKING?! So yeah, idk what happened but it seems it fixed itself with my Cynosa V2’s driver installing itself and forcing Synapse to update to the latest version. Then, I opened Razer Central to see Synapse just automatically updating itself?! After that, it installed itself normally. Then, my new Cynosa V2 keyboard arrived and I love it! (don’t judge me, I like how the membrane feels). I just dealt with it since it’s better than nothing for the past 2 days. However, it was a buggy mess than what I had before. I transferred said files to their locations and viola! It worked. I have a friend who luckily didn’t update their Synapse recently (avoiding the cesspool of a mess we have rn) and I asked for a copy of their Razer folders to test things out. A little backstory before we dive in: This worked for me when I bought my new Cynosa V2. I did a 2-steps solution so far and hope I can help in some way or another. (Note that this might not work for everyone). This issue had me on nerve for the past 4 days. If you run into problems removing the software, please contact Razer for assistance as they are aware of these uninstall issues.Hello! I’m new to this community. If that doesn’t work, uninstall all Razer software including your current build of Razer Chroma SDK Core Components. If you no longer have your Chroma device, please contact Razer for assistance. If the above doesn’t work attach your Chroma compatible device and install Razer Synapse 3. If Synapse 3 isn’t installed you can install it and do this step as well. Navigate to the connect tab and toggle off “enable this app” on the right. Go to the Modules tab, make sure that the chrome connect module has been installed (may need the app to restart). The steps below will guide you through this process:įirst let’s try disabling the Chroma piece. We’re going to want to try updating Synapse 3 to install the most recent version of Chroma SDK, and then remove all Razer software if the game continues to have problems. We’ve found that Razer Chroma & Synapse features have been conflicting with our games. When D4 starts crashing at startup it’s almost always caused by Razer software.īelow are the steps that will correct this error. I understand how disheartening it can be when nothing is working but never fear I have an excellent idea of what’s happening! Tech Specialist Rainmithwen at your service! I understand that D4 is crashing immediately after launch. I’m at work so not sure if this will fix it, but worth a shot: This is the reply I got from Blizzard just now. Nope adding health to eneimes and fixing a few non game breaking character bugs while a whole crowd of us are over here playing whack a mole at startup ghetto rigging every setting we can think of to get your game fo launch on high end gear. I read patch release a few mins ago and thought for sure it was addressing this issue. Lots of people are having an issue with this. Giving us the same verbal diarrhea recorded text aupport responses is doodoo. How was this not fixed… how would you feel dropping 100 for a game just to get early access just to run into a bug that should have been fixed weeks before launch. This is 1000000% a bug thousands of us are experiencing. Ive tried every trick in my 20 years of pc gaming arsenal and blah. Its literally blind luck to get past the login screen. Ive went through prolly 20 threads doing all suggestions and no luck.
